I tried to send a question about your ISP to you but got a reply that your
mailbox is over quota. This could be one of the problems. Also, are you on
comcast, because it's been sucking big time lately. Mine is down more than
it's up. I tried a ping to their website and got a 75% drop and a tracert
showed more holes than swiss cheese.
