While looking for a Honda part, I stumbled across a late MGB. The MGB is
parked well within the import section. Look carefully its there. It's quite
complete with engine, carb, 4 speed box, drive train, wheels and steering
rack. Even the seats are good for it's age. Fenders, doors and truck lid
are present. trunk lid is bent a little where the arm attaches to it. Doors
are OK too. Fenders are repairable. Little front end damage to them, but
car was hit slightly in the front. Front windshield is cracked, but frame
is all complete. Hood is missing.
Still had a cigarette lighter in it.
The car has a rubber bumper at the back, but no bumper at the front. The
odometer read 40K ish.
It's in the pick n'pull on Commercial in San Jose. According to a guy I
met, he said it's been there for sometime.
Can someone shed some light on the following. It had something like a
second water pump attached to it. What could this be?
