First, install the wiper arms onto the shaft, such that the sweep of the arms is
correct.  It shouldn't force the blades off of the glass.

Then loosen the 4 screws that hold the cover on the gearbox, and turn the
circular section until the park position is correct.  You'll have to experiment
several times, turning the switch on to start a new sweep and then turning it
off to see where they park.  Once you've found it, you can put a dot of white
paint or something on the circular section, for next time.

The original covers have an external wire ... be careful not to strain it.
Later replacements (possibly original on some late cars) have an internal wire,
so don't force the cover to turn without checking the wire.
