After a long hiatus (we won't go into that) I have resumed work on getting
the instrument panel wired up on the '3 and I have a couple of questions.
When I took the switches out to powder coat the panel itself I made a drawing
of the locations of the switches. They were, from top to bottom, Panel,
Wiper, Side/Head, and Key. Some of the drawings I have looked at show that it
should be: Wiper, Panel, Side/Head, and Key. Which is correct? I'd like to
fix it before I put it back in the car. Also, I don't seem to have a rheostat
on the panel switch. It is a '59 model and don't know if there was a switch
or not. I am also missing on of the Bakelite light holders for the dash
lights. If anyone out there has on they would like to part with or, perhaps,
a
whole dash light harness, please contact me off list.
