[TR] TR6 hardtop glass removal

Hi all,

Is there a standard or "correct" method of removing
glass from hardtops or does one simply work the gasket
out with a screwdriver or other blunt object?  I'm
assuming the glass sshould be moved to teh outside of
teh hardtop?
