Is there a standard or "correct" method of removing
glass from hardtops or does one simply work the gasket
out with a screwdriver or other blunt object? I'm
assuming the glass sshould be moved to teh outside of
teh hardtop?

Do NOT use a screwdriver (and don't ask me how I know this :-) ).
Usually, best/safest bet is to cut the inside part of the gasket off
with a good boxcutter or utility knife, after which the glass will
almost FALL to the outside.

*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er,
Triumph Herald engine with wings.
