Something else to watch for, David, is the condition of the surfaces that
rotate against the seals.  If there is a groove or other damage, even new
seals may not hold oil for long.  If the damage is slight, you may be able
to polish it out, but otherwise a Speedi-Sleeve or a different flange may be
necessary.
