[TR] TR6 Door Lock and Window Seal Removal

     I am stripping down my TR6 doors for painting and have a couple of
questions.
     How do you get the door locks out? They look like they are just set in
there (from behind), but I can't push them out.
     The window seal (the squeegee against the glass). What hold those in and
how do you get them out?
