John,
        This individuals poor manners and boorish behavior do not diminish your 
good intentions in stopping to help him.  99.99% of people in a similar 
circumstance would be extremely appreciative of your help and consideration. I 
think that weâ??ve all been in a place where we were so glad of someone stopped 
to help us out.
