It is not too hard, but a little involved.  Have to have the driveshaft
shortened, the differential flange on the Nissan diff drilled and cut down
to match the flange on the driveshaft, then I got the mounting and axle
shaft adapter kit from Goodparts

I got the differential from the pick and pull for like $70 dollars from a
Q45, cheapest part of the conversion.
