dusty GT40

I agree that we don't want old race cars to sit in the garage.  I don't 
like cars in repose.  But some GT40's were street legal.  Can you imagine?  
I saw one BRG example at the Walter Mitty a few years ago that had working 
turn signals and a license plate.  Was this an FIA requirement?  How about 
a blast in the country when it's not a race weekend?
