I ran the VARA Porsche/Alfa shootout last month and one of the driver
giveaways was a poster, suitable for framing of an Alfa. It's one of those
line type drawings that shows the cars exterior shape and internal systems,
engine, tranny, suspension, etc. I think it's a Zagato? It's a fastback
coupe with three windows in the back.
Not being an Alfista, rather a Corvettista and Porschedude, I don't know
what to do with the damn thing so I've decided to award it to the Alfista on
this list who can come up with the best three reasons for racing these olive
oil cans. Entries will be evaluated by my mood at the time(humor
appreciated) and I'll even wrap it in a nice little shipping tube and spring
for postage.
BTW, it's by Shin Tominaki(SP), is numbered and signed by the artist and
published by Alfa Ricambi.....Reply to me and I'll post the best to the
list. I'll be out of town on business for most of this week so the winner
and entries will be posted at the beginning of next week.........so,
