An acquaintance insists that he wants to purchase a vintage eligible sports racer that is presently in a complete state of dissassembly. (Some guys never listen) He's obviously looking for a "bargain" and is not fussy asto marque. He and his buddy want to spend the winter making it pristine and then race in CSRG and HMSA next summer.
