A number of maufactures make wheel adapters.  One can prchase a wheel adapter
that is 4x4.25 to adapt to the same 4x4.25. I personally did this with a
customers car many years ago. I can't remember the make of adapter that I used
but it was for use with a Cragar wheel on a Pinto.

Do not do this if you will be doing any performance driving.
