As far as I am concerned the BFG G-force R1 is just plain junk.   Both Larry 
and I have taken them to the steel belts in just 3 races.  I am used to my old 
Yoko's or even the "old" BFG R1's lasting a season.  Even if you could get them 
cheap, at the end of production, I would look for something else.

I find that hard to believe in that my Michelins usually went 30,000 miles
before showing wear and usually running to 60,000 before replacement, but my
new BFGs (a year ago) show wear at 10,000 miles and will be lucky to go
30,000 at this rate.

I guess BFG is the "cheap" Michelin?
