The stock springs are about 250 lbs/in., while race springs seem to start 
at about 500 or so.   I think that with the right shocks, the 400 lbs 
springs would be on the stiff side for streetable, but not obnoxious.  I 
used a 3/4" bar for race, and I think that with the 400 lb springs, it 
would be too much for the street, particularly if it rained.  I'd go to a 
5/8" bar if it were me, but the 3/4" bar would probably do if it's all you 
can get.
