The guys who make the aluminium Formula Ford head do one for the MGB, or so
I recall from their web page. Of course, as a new head it may have
eligibility repercussions (would in VARAC, anyway) but that's up to you. I
do know that the feedback on the Fford heads is that they are of excellent
quality, and mirror the original cast iron head very
