Vintage SCCA GCRs and Beyond!

A couple of questions and solicitation of information...these questions are 
referenced to what was/is allowed by SCCA on my 62' Corvette "back 
then".  I am interested in the standards to 12/31/62 and how they were 
changed up to 12/31/67.

#1  Maximum tire and wheel size?  Non-GM wheels (American Racing etc.)?

#2 Engine modifications?

#3 Roll bar requirement and specifications?
