I saw this on Ebay - I don't know if this car has history but it sure
looks like a fun ride.

1969 Boss 302 Road Race Car
Price: Currently $7,300.00

1969 Boss 302 rolling chassis. Engine expired on Pocono's front straight
and a disgruntled racer may have just drawn the line. Car has many major
modifications to many areas. Front suspension is Total Controls Coil over
suspension. It includes 2 coil over front shocks, 2 TC adjustable front
strut rods, 2 TC lower control arms, 2 TC upper control arms. Total Control
products are all first rate racing gear, all heim joint ends and everything
has infinite adjustability. Outer tie rods are TC Bump steer adjustable
heim joints. Car uses a 1 1/8 front anti-sway bar. Car uses TC manual rack
and pinion for steering. Rear suspension is leaf spring with Traction
Master under-ride traction bars and Custom tailored Panhard Bar
(adjustable), using Koni shocks. Rear axle is 9" 3.91 traction lock
differential. Uses a aluminum Strange Engineering housing with steel
daytona front pinion housing. Moser Engineering 31 spline rear axles.
Brakes use 13" Baer racing front corvette brakes, Rears a!
re 12" Baer corvette brakes but I switched to 4 piston Wilwood calipers.
Brakes are activated by Tilton brake pedal asssembly (twin master cylinders
with remote reservoir). Cable adjustable Bias control (for front to back)
and Hydrualic multi-step wilwood adjustable rear brake bias to fine tune
rear brakes. Stainless braided lines at the wheels. Wheels are Torque
Thrust 2 16x8 with BFG R1's with about 50% life left. I have another set of
identical rims (new) with 4 brand new Hoosier race radials. These are NOT
included in the sale but can be purchased for an additional 1000.00 at
auctions end. Roll cage is a work of art from Bruces Speed shop in Jersey,
Full nascar style door bars and full frame connectors welded seamlessly
through the floors for an extremely rigid uni-body. Gauges are a mix of
Auto meter comp and pro comp. Also have 2 brake line pressure gauges for
front and rear systems. Fuel cell is a JAZ 22 gallon cell with a Holley
blue pump and filter in rear. Holley regulator mounted under hood. Drivers
seat is an OMP and passenger seat is an economy Kirkey. Car has a cheesey
home made hard rubber front lower valance witch frankly I had planned to
rip off and have an aluminum chin spoiler put back in place. Battery mounts
in trunk. I'm sure I'm forgetting a million details so ask away if your
interested. This is a pretty well sorted race car just needs a crate engine
and a T5 trans\driveshaft and you should be all set. I was using a T5 with
a custom 5th gear (.83) and rigged up a cable to operate the late model
clutch to the second pedal of the Tilton pedals. The transmission is NOT
included in the auction but can be purchased for 600.00 after the auctions
close. If you want another pic just ask. About the body, it is very solid
only visible rust are bubbles in quarters before rear tires. Door corners
have been repaired. Front fenders appear original and solid. there are no
other Boss 302 parts available so don't ask.
