You can find the rules for the Classic Sports Racing Group, the 
oldest vintage racing organization on the West Coast, at 
http://csrgracing.org/.

In addition you can order the SCCA Vintage & Historic General 
Competition Rules & Specifications, including production car specs 
for 1962 and 1967, Publication #5684, at 
http://www.scca.org/interactive/merchandise.pdf.
