Yes, Hagerty has it for sure at three different levels of towing.  They call it Hagerty plus, the 10 miles package is $25 per year.

I seem to recall seeing something on one of the car shows on TV recently in
which one of the larger classic car insurance companies (Hagerty maybe) is
offering some type of towing deal with their insurance package.  Anyone know
anything about this?
