Has anyone refurbished or even disassembled a windshield-wiper switch? Mine's hard to turn, and it's rotating in the hole. That is, the switch body is rotating with respect to the gray metal ring that keys into the dashboard mounting hole. New ones cost a fortune. Doug Morris, NC
