[6pack] Choke Cable

I have triple carbs, and no problem whatsoever starting.  I don't know if 
the other engine mods make it harder or easier to start, but I think you 
have a problem, and its not a third choke cable.  are they balanced 
correctly?  I can tell you from experience that's an iterative exercise.
