[6pack] [NET] Turn Signals

Thanks to all who responded. Turns out, the clip was "out of position"
because the upper steering column was out of position! I had to rotate
the upper column about 20 degrees (wheels straight) and reconnect.
I must have been in a hurry when I worked on the column last month.
All's well now!
