[Autox] On-Star makes car theft impossible?

I'm not sure what year the Solo truck was, but Ford was insanely slow about
adding any sort of theft protection to the SuperDuty trucks. They are the
number one stolen vehicle in Texas these days, for use in human smuggling
from Mexico. We've had about 5 stolen from my work parking lot in Austin. I
believe Ford didn't add chipped keys until about 2007 or 2008, and the door
locks are laughably easy to defeat... My F250 stays home a lot more now.
