[Bmcu] Back on the road again....

Just had to drop everyone a note and say that I now have both my British cars back on the road.

 

The 1936 Hudson Stratton Sport Saloon has just finished a frame-up restoration just in time to take it to  the Hudson International Meet in Oklahoma City last week where it was selected People’s Choice over the two hundred or so cars that were in attendance.  That was a real thrill.

 

While I was back in Oklahoma, my 1976 MG was with club member Craig Welk, Brigham for some much needed updates.  Craig helped me switched over to the new Webber Carb system, removed all the pollution control devices, rebuilt the front end and finished up with new muffler (glass pack) and a stinger to give it that truly British sound.  Just took it out for my first drive and I cannot believe what a difference these changes made.  It is good to be back on the road again…..
