Scott,

This is interesting. I will have to check to see how they were balanced the
last time and see if they have this option.

I tried to see if I could find someone that could do the old fashioned spin
balance on the car and I have had no luck.  There use to be a guy at a local
(now close) Western Auto that could spin them on the car.  After he balanced
them he would stand a nickel on it's side and it would not fall over   I would
believe spinning them on the car would be the best way to resolve it, but no
one seems to want to do this any more.

  Vibration problems on Bricklin wheel are often due to them being balanced
improperly. They are lug centric and can't be balanced the the same way that
hub centric wheels can. It is amazing how many tire shops don't know the
difference and don't have the proper equipment for balancing lug centric
wheels.

  So you may want to make sure they have been balanced properly before
replacing them.
