[Bricklin] 74 Speedometer/Cable

The little end of the cable is what plugged into the speedometer.  So 
my guess is
that the plastic piece is part of the speedo.  Unfortunately, it's 
been over 15 yrs since I looked at the speedo and cable so I'm not 
sure what the back of the speedo looks like.
