Recommendation please

Hey folks,

Well, this is a new one for me.  I was prepping my BJ8 for a drive this 
weekend and pulled it out of the garage.  I immediately noticed that the R/F 
tire had gone flat.  In the 5 years I've owned this car I've never had to 
change a tire, so needless to say, attempting this exercise now has been 
quite an experience.  Oh, I know the basics alright.  It's just the 
execution I seem to be messing up.

Can anyone recommend someone I can contact for assistance wiith this?
