NW Meet Planning

Hello Cascade members.  At last month's club meeting we discussed the 
upcoming NW meet the club is hosting next September.  See the web site 
for the current flyer.  At the meeting I asked for volunteers to take on 
various committee assignments.  I want to confirm the results of that 
request.  Please let me know if I put your name down by mistake or in 
the wrong assignment.  In addition, any club members who want to 
volunteer to help at the meet would be welcome.  I think we could use a 
couple more for the registration desk on Thursday and Friday.  We could 
also use some high capacity BJ9's for transportation of the high tea 
Diva's to the Tea Shop on Friday.  Let me know if you plan to bring one 
(High Capacity BJ9) to the meet.  Any suggestions for the meet would be 
welcome.  After we get the volunteer list a little more complete I will 
ask Jim McDermott to post in on the web site.
