October meeting

Hello everybody,

As mentioned earlier, there is going to be a proposal presented on our Bylaws 
at our October club meeting. To ensure there is adequate time to hear the 
proposal and have a discussion (pro and con), the election of officers will be 
postponed a month. We will have nominations as usual and vote at our January 
meeting. I will be on a business trip and unable to attend the Oct meeting. See 
you in November.
