[cahc] Rendezvous 2015 site visits and voting

Our club is in charge of the Rendezvous for 2015.  We are currently making
site visits with the idea of voting on the sites at the May 28th meeting.  We
will prioritize the list at that meeting.

The sites that are being visited are:

Walla Walla Whitman Hotel
Coeur db alene Resort
Cambells Resort in Chelan
Best Western in Leavenworth
Alderbrook Resort on Hood Canal

I checked with Suncadia Resort and found that they could not give us a room
rate that would work----nothing under $200.  I also checked with several
casinos and found that most do not have enough rooms and also that they do not
reserve more than 20 rooms for any event.

If anyone has another idea for a site visit, please contact me soon.  I will
mail you a site visit form to fill out as you meet with the hotel staff.
