[cahc] Front Towing / Tie-down Eyes at cost

OK.  This is this is definitely the last opportunity to order this essential
item for your Healey.  If you ever need flatbed towing you will need these.
Modern cars have these built in as standard equipment.  If it comes to pass
that you break down on the road and need towing, I'm going to think twice
