[cahc] Front Towing / Tie-down Eyes at cost

Towing Eye Enthusiasts:
Below are the orders I have so far. The problem I'm having is with how to
divide the costs between no finish & powder coating. You will see at the
bottom where I have costed out all powder coated vs no finish and between 12
pair vs 9 pair. If we find 3 more suckers then we could all have powder
coating which includes sandblasting preparation at a more reasonable cost.
Those who want theirs painted could paint theirs over a well prepared surface.
Note that the powder coating cost is for a minimum order, so more pairs won't
affect the cost. If we all went to no finish then we would save some money
but have to prepare the mill finish for painting and the paint it. My vote is
for all powder coat.

$564 / (8 pair) = $71 / pair + tax = $78
Cost all mill finish steel $424 / (11 pair) = $39 / pair + tax = $43
Powder coat and sand $424 / (8 pair) = $53 / pair + tax = $58
