[cahc] Dues

In an attempt to help Ron Layton pass an e-mail along I sent it to the whole
Cascade List, instead of a limited few.  If you have paid I am sorry to worry
you.  If you have not paid, you know who you are and we would love to have
your dues payment.  I am sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused you.
