[cahc] Cle Elum tour/BBQ/car show

Shannon Rimkus has planned a fun weekend for our club in Cle Elum for August
19th and 20th.  

 

I have reserved 5 rooms (4 left now as one is mine) for both Friday and
Saturday nights at the Econolodge .  The rate is $99 for 2 queen beds.  

 

Phone 509-674-2380  and ask for the room block under Austin Healey Group.
The room block with be dropped by July 19th.

 

Shannon will have the BBQ Friday night and make sure we have space reserved
for the car show Saturday.  

 

Shannon will need to know numbers so please let me know if you plan to
attend all weekend or just the BBQ or just the car show?? You get the idea.

 

I have Arlene and Dean and myself for both nights.

I have Janet and Lyman Bradley and Reid and Sue Trummel for Friday night.

Terry LaRue for some of the weekend event-please let me know.
