[Roadsters] Rising Sun opinions

I had hoped the last line in my post would suffice.
It was my attempt at defusing the perception that I held any of the beliefs 
/ opinions I cited.

But that having been said, I would like to point out that I did not start 
the thread, the sub-thread / spin-off, nor did I express any opinion 
regarding the Rising Sun Image.

I was simply replying to Pete, Tom, turbored at gmail, all replying to the 
originator of the sub-thread, who stated that he found the Rising Sun 
offensive, and he was asked why that was the case.  He has not yet replied.

Since you've singled me out, I'll say that you have the wrong impression of 
my post, and hence of me.  You started to read a thread spin-off in the 
middle of the replies and didn't see the beginning.

By the way, the link to your page doesn't work as typed.
