[Roadsters] oil pump/oil pump gasket and pan gasket

My preference is Permatex RTV sealant for the pan gasket.  The shellac is OK 
for the pump gasket.

Toreu value for the oil pan bolts (machine screws) is only 3.5 ft-lbs.  Be 
careful not to overtighten.
