[Roadsters] Change points to Electronic on 1600

There is no drop-in swap that can be done, all electronic distributors 
will need to be modified to work on our cars.

There is an electronic module that can be installed in our distributors 
to get rid of the points, but I believe too many folks had trouble with 
reliability. It is made by Pertronics. I don't recall the part number, 
but I'll bet it is in the archives, or on 311s.org.
