[Roadsters] Tow Strap Advice

Thanks for all your suggestions.  After crawling under the car and looking for
a good place to connect the strap, I am convinced that every connection point
is either too weak or the strap would place an excess amount of force on a
nearby object, sway bar, valence, radiator air scoop, etc.  The flat bed is
arriving this afternoon.

I need to tow my roadster about a mile down the road to a mechanic for some
engine work.  What is the best place to attach the tow strap on the roadster?
Other advice regarding the tow (other than legal) is also welcome.
