[Roadsters] red head light wire

I have what appears to be an extra wire coming off the wires connected to the head light. According to the diagram, it goes to the fuse box but I do not see another wire under the hood to which to connect this solid red wire. I do not remember disconnecting it when I disassembled the front end nor do I have any reference to it in my notes. 

Any thoughts or ideas?
