Pull the battery and take it to your local parst supplier for a charge and
load test.  If it passes (and I suspect it will not) thoroughly clean and
tighten the battery cables.  If you are in a hurry to get it going, jump start
from another car.  A 25 amp battery charger will not provide nearly enough
current to start a car with a low battery.
