Any plumber has a torch, or you can buy them at the store, "bernzomatic".
 
Just be careful not to use too much heat. A trick is to put water in, up to
just below where you want to solder, it keeps other things from melting.

Do it yourself with plain old solder
and soldering iron.... or JB Weld.
