[DMVR] Bad News Reguarding New Kuhmo Ecsta V710 Tires

According to SCCA the New Kuhmo Ecsta V710 Tires can NO longer be used at ANY
SCCA Club or Solo Event of any kind.  Kuhmo is Suspending ALL Sales and Buying
Back or Replacing All Ecsta V710's purchased.
