[Fot] brake cleaner and mig/tig welding - safety message

I saw the same thing posted at the UW Hospital where I work. To think how many times the mechanic at Sugar River Raceway has  welded on go karts that had just been cleaned off with brake parts cleaner. I gave him a copy of it. I hope he took it seriously.
