[Fot] TR4 spark plug and indexing poll for full race spec motor

Oops, I fogot to send my original reply to the list.  Several 1% 
improvements could add up.  In my limited experience with dynos (mostly 
low horespower motors), it seems like multiple pulls will frequently 
show a 1% difference.  Other opinions?
