[Fot] Mags

I have a stack of "Competition Press" mags, which were more of a small
newspaper, from the early to mid 1960s prior to selling out and becoming
AutoWeek.
How is it that they still call themselves "AutoWeek" when they only publish
twice a month?

Recall that when R&T made their format change which included the departure
of Mr. Egan and his wonderful writing, there was FOT discussion on the
mistake the magazine was making. Similar comments were made to these
present feelings. I saw it as a lowering of the journalistic standard and
the pandering to a new market, i.e., the youth. Mr. Egan was such an asset
that his departure signaled my departure from 50 years of magazines in the
attic. Too bad, eh?
