[Fot] TR3-4 Filter head adapter

FOT,

Looking for a source for the two springs and one rubber grommet/washer
that are used in the Purolater filter head adapter/spin on filter adapter used
on the TR3 and TR4.  TRF can source the relief spring, Part No. 60414 but the
washer and the spring in the pressure adjuster are not available from the
usual suspects.  Any guidance would be most appreciated.
