      There is a major problem, in my opinion, with the conversion that Bob
did. You have to shorten the tie rod ends because the rack tubes are so long.
This ends up with real short tie rod ends and a lot of bump steer. As the
suspension travels up and down, the wheels will turn in and out. They are
too short to correct this by moving the rack up or down. The pivot for the
tie rod ends need to be in align with the pivots for the upper and lower A
arms.
        This is one thing Ford got right in the Mustang II front suspension.
That's way a
lot of Street Rods are built using the Mustang II front suspension.
