[Fot] Oil Cooler Adapter TR4

I am getting a pretty good leak around my adapter, even with new seal, and want to replace it, but it came on car originally, and not sure where to source replacement. It mounts between oil filter and original purolater filter head mounted to engine.

Any ideas on where to source one?
